We chose Steve after meeting him through the Bret Jennings team. He had called up Vipul and I and started asking us about our needs. The conversation felt very smooth and comfortable. Later that weekend Steve had found us a handful of homes to look at and at that point we knew we wanted to work with him.
Steve has become a friend and someone that I enjoy talking to. It's also been very pleasant seeing his son working with him and getting into the business.
Steve was extremely efficient and professional. We liked working with him so much that we have used him on all three of our transactions.
The biggest difficulty was getting sellers to accept our offer when we were going in with a 10% down. However, we were able to get in on a house that we love and Steve pulled every trick in the book to make it happen.
We love how close we are to downtown San Carlos, and we are a block away from one of the most beautiful parks in the city.
The hidden gem has to be the restaurant Viva la Vita. Its delicious!
